The family-owned trading company Dahmani, which specialized in the early 1990s in the import of food, became a processing company in agri-food since 1995 by making itself known to the general public with the brand of margarine La Belle. flour mill, a semolina, a couscousserie and another roasting plant producing Bonal brand coffee. In 2004, the margarine production unit was opened in Dar El Beida. In 2005, it acquired the National Company of Fat Bodies (ENCG), which had two refining units, and in 2006 the Mills of the Mezghenna, a subsidiary of the public group ERIAD Algiers with a mill with a capacity of 400 tons per day. In the early 2010s, she began packaging food products such as rice, lentils, beans, chickpeas, crystallized sugar and milk in a factory in Khemis El Khechna.
